We take great pride in the quality of our tubers. We are inspected annually by Washington State Department of Agriculture for viruses and pests. We value you our customer and want you to be happy with the product you receive from us. We guarantee that your tubers will arrive to you in excellent condition. Upon receipt of your order please open and inspect your tubers. Report any concerns via email to: support@dahliasonthehill.com within 3 days. No refunds will be offered after 3 days. We cannot be held responsible for improper storage, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance or negligence. Our replacement policy is limited to the purchase price of the tubers only; shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If there is stock loss, we will refund your order . We do not send substitutions.
All sales are first come, first served. Items that are in your cart are not reserved until your order is complete. We accept credit, debit cards and Apple Pay. Dahlia wars are real, be prepared. Pro tip - if you have your heart set on a certain variety, purchase that one immediately and then go back to order others, even if this means paying twice the shipping.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to add or subtract items. If you would like to add any additional items please submit an additional order. At this time we are unable to combine shipping charges on multiple orders.
All orders will be shipped early April, weather permitting.
Shipping and handling will be a flat $15 fee. We will be shipping all orders via USPS Priority Mail. We are unable to ship internationally.
Any returned packages because of an incorrect address will be charged a second shipping fee.
